We are recruiting a building cleaner for our HRM properties.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness of common areas of designated properties in Halifax and Dartmouth
- Cleaning residential and commercial units to prepare for tenant move in
- Assisting building superintendents with property clean up as needed
You must be able to work independently to complete daily and weekly tasks.
The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial cleaning, ideally in a multi-residential environment.
A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license is required.
In addition to an hourly rate, we offer a health and dental plan.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
