**Job Description**
We are a Clinical Research Organization. There are animal living quarters on site that must be maintained and cleaned. No direct contact with animals.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform cleaning and janitorial duties within the facility.
+ Cleaning out cages, putting in water and food, restocking pads and adding toys
+ Operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld.
+ Handle tasks involving lifting up to 15lbs, standing, bending, and crouching.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in English
+ Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
+ Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Reliable transportation (not transit accessible)
