Job Description
- Clean and maintain common areas of the apartment complex, including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and laundry rooms, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in individual apartments, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked, organized, and properly maintained, reporting any issues or safety hazards to management.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work, preferably in residential or apartment settings.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and products safely, with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
