Clean Utilities - Pharma/Life Sciences Construction Projects
Full-time position.
Location: The role may be based in Madrid or Salamanca. Travel to Salamanca is required four days per week. Accommodation is not provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to your discipline.
- Ensure construction drawings align with the coordinated BIM model and are updated for contractors.
- Verify that execution follows the approved design.
- Support the Cost Manager with cost control and change management, reviewing payment certificates and change orders.
- Monitor and control activities within scope for contractual compliance, schedule, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate start‑up and commissioning activities in support of the Commissioning Manager.
