As ourClaude Cowork Enablement Trainer , you will onboard staff, run training, and build practical workflows so people across the business can confidently use Claude Cowork in their day-to-day work. You don't need to be a coder — you need to be great at teaching, spotting useful use cases, and helping people build new habits. Your goal is simple: get every team member comfortable and productive with the tool, and measurably lift the quality and speed of our work.

Key Responsibilities
