DCDSB is hiring a Classroom Teacher and PSW Coordinator for upcoming programs in Port Perry and Beaverton starting September 2025. This role features a hybrid delivery model tailored for adult learners.
We welcome applications from Registered Nurses (RN) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) holding an Ontario College of Teachers qualification. You will lead PSW instruction, supervise clinical placements, and ensure compliance with educational standards. Familiarity with adult education principles and the Desire2Learn (D2L) platform is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead PSW classes in both online and hybrid settings
• Oversee student assessments and feedback processes
• Mentor students during their practical placements
• Facilitate labs, workshops, and instructional training
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress

• Must be an RN or RPN with teaching certification
