Our client is seeking experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers with a proven track record in hauling projects to join their Edmonton team.
Role Description
You will operate a class one truck, performing hauls for various projects in the local area. You will be relied on to operate equipment safely and efficiently, transporting materials for heavy industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive class one trucks to job sites, haul materials according to project requirements and daily tasks
- Conduct pre‑trip safety and maintenance inspections on equipment
- Attend toolbox and safety meetings as required
- Prepare truck to adhere to job safety requirements
- Maintain equipment in good operating condition, report and or log any maintenance concerns or mechanical work needed
- Communicate with project teams on site, utilizing radios, hand signals, and eye contact
