Job Description & Requirements
. Follow Management's Logistics department daily schedule of work
. Daily upkeep and maintenance of assigned vehicle
. Determine and plan schedule appropriate routes to reach Site on schedule
. Report Transport Incharge and Management on change of activity due to condition of work
. Load and unload goods at designated Delivery area
. Ensure safe load thatlorry is permitted to carry on
. Weekly checks andinspection of vehicle such as diesel oil and valve, pipes, tires,air-conditioning etc.
. Notify Procurement for any major repairs or maintenance needed to be rectified.
. Filling up of daily vehicle inspection Form before each movement
. Maintain vehicle log book note critical points of your movement and mileage (e g. Material, deliveries, location)
