About the Role
- Carrying out the collection and delivery of AdBlue, liquid sludge, and specialist parts/equipment to commercial clients, depots, and rural locations.
- Working to set delivery rotas as well as planning your own routes when required, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all scheduled drops and collections.
- Engaging directly with customers both in person and over the phone, delivering excellent customer service and representing the company to a high standard.
- Loading and unloading vehicles-either by hand or using a Counterbalance forklift truck (training provided)-and ensuring all loads are safe and secure.
