Program Overview

TRACKS Program | Alberta’s Energy Sector – Paid internship leading to a permanent role as a Class1 or Class3 operator. Location: Alberta energy sector sites across the province. Compensation: Paid from day one; operator roles commonly pay around $85,000 per year. Licence Class1 or Class3 is an asset but not required to begin. Experience: Entry level welcome; on‑job training is provided. Eligibility: Open to Indigenous applicants across Alberta. Start date: Placements begin Summer2026 (limited spots). The program is funded by the Government of Alberta and delivered by Enserva, GrizzlyTrek (Indigenous‑owned), and Opimoyaso Group (Indigenous‑led).
