What the day will look like
- Handling Medical & Non-Medical claims
- Claims pre-screening, settlement review, claims repudiation, report generation, and transmittal of claim documents to Insurers and excess/ ASO bills to clients
- Presiding meetings with direct reports, Insurers, and Clients
- Responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction
- Supporting the Manager in addressing escalated issues of HS Claims (depending on the gravity of the case) and in planning and evaluating Team activities
- Other tasks or special project that may be assigned from time to time
