**Claims Specialist - Marine Cargo & Aquaculture**
Bergen, Norway
AXA XL in the Nordics**operates across six lines of business: Casualty, Property, Construction & Energy, Aquaculture, Financial Lines, and Marine Cargo, with approximately 70 employees based in Stockholm, Bergen, and Copenhagen.
This is a regulated role under the Central Bank of Ireland’s Fitness and Probity regime.
**What you’ll be doing**
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Independently investigate, negotiate, and settle assigned claims promptly and fairly, ensuring alignment with policy provisions.
- Manage specific accounts by working closely with clients and brokers, steering claims toward successful resolution and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate actively with our international claims network and other key business functions to ensure seamless claims handling.
You will report to the Nordic Claims Manager.
