Job Summary
The MSD Claims Process Specialist leads and optimizes the end‑to‑end claims process within Specialized Distribution, ensuring timely investigations, accurate credit processing, effective issue resolution, and compliance with client contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end claims process—intake, investigation, validation, resolution, credit processing, and closure.
- Manage complex, high‑value, and sensitive claims as the primary escalation point, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Exercise independent judgment in claims validation, resolution approach, and escalation decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, client contractual requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Customer Care, Finance, Quality, Operations, and clients) to resolve issues efficiently and support strong service outcomes.
