Job Summary
The Claims Officer is primarily responsible for assisting clients in processing and settlement of insurance claims. Ensures efficient claims processing through equitable settlement of claims filed at the soonest possible time based on insurance policy coverage and conditions. Provides assistance to Team Lead in developing strategies for the implementation of processes and procedures in relation to claims processing and client servicing.
