Claims Management Services Representative I

As a key member of the Claims Management Services team, you will leverage your communication expertise to gather critical information from clients and witnesses. Your responsibilities include analyzing claims, determining coverage, and ensuring just settlements. A relevant university degree or experience will equip you for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle new claim openings via telephone and client interaction
• Interview insured individuals and witnesses for event details
• Determine coverage by analyzing insurance details
• Make informed decisions regarding liability and damages
• Process claims settlements fairly and efficiently
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent relevant training/experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
