Location:Mexico City, MXAs a Claims Examiner, you will be an integral part of a team managing low reinsurance and insurance claims in accordance with internal claim handling guidelines.
We serve as the initial point of contact for new claims, segmenting and assigning them as necessary.Our team possesses a deep understanding of the operational details of claims processes, allowing us to create, improve, and oversee processes and execution.In this role, you will collaborate closely with Governance, Underwriting, IT, and other disciplines to fulfill our commitment to customers.
You will also support and work alongside technical claim handlers to ensure high-quality claim handling and customer service.About the Role:• Deliver high-quality claim handling and customer service in line with internal guidelines.
