Job Summary:
The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for assisting in the delivery of a broad scope of learning initiatives and delivery of routine and innovative solutions that are aligned with business unit strategies and talent objectives.
The Specialist delivers learning material and assists in ongoing skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists and provides support in the planning and implementation of learning and development programs
- Schedules/maintains courses and sessions
- Maintains system resources: facilities, locations, instructors, notifications and roster management protocols
- Creates and delivers processes and procedures via job aids, manuals, or facilitation
- Documents and reports post training activities
- Handles technical questions, issues, and problems that arise during training sessions
