Claims Compliance & Process Improvement Lead

Link-Worldwide is looking for a claims management professional in Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, Estado de México. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the insurance industry, and is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations while managing vendor contracts.

The role also entails overseeing the first notice of loss (FNOL) processes, analyzing operational data for better decision-making, and leading continuous improvement initiatives within the claims department.
