The Claims Business Coding Supervisor II is responsible for managing the day-to-day direction of the business coding (backend processing) support staff. This role oversees IRS-related duties, financial entries, EPIC security, transcriptions, claim file recoveries and other support functions for the entire Claims Department.

Key Responsibilities Perform special projects as assigned Supervise a staff of 8 to 15 employees Create objectives and metrics for the business coding staff Manage budgeting for the department Provide coaching and conduct performance reviews Cross-train employees Perform auditing functions and processes Integrate processes with acquisitions Education 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred) Experience 0-2 years experience (preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities
