Claims-business Coding Ng-assoc Iii

Job Summary:
Experienced position in Claim Department support, with responsibility in supporting the various functions of Claims support including but not limited to coding and processing payments, recoveries, transcriptions, escheats and IRS data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling Inbound Subrogation demands and assigning appropriately
- Works directly with and responsible for communicating with claim rep to ensure demand is handled timely
- Performs bulk payment entry
- Handles processing voids
- Performs salvage and subrogation recoveries
- Processes claims related to escheats
- Reviews transcriptions
- Performs IRS data entry (W9 and 1099s)
- Performs MCCA (Michigan Catastrophic medical system) reporting for PIP
- Handles CLUE corrections and disputes
- Provides Financial Claim Affidavits for Finance
