Overview
We are seeking a Claims Associate to join our national claims team. You’ll play a pivotal part in managing new claims in accordance with policy terms and departmental service standards, working closely with our Claims Technical Hubs across Australia to ensure a seamless and high quality claims experience for our clients, brokers, and insurers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lodge new claims with insurers using complete and accurate information
- Upload all claim related documentation into Gallagher’s document management systems
- Maintain accurate system notes and diarise follow ups in line with the claims model
- Provide timely updates to clients via phone and email
- Respond to queries from clients, brokers, and insurers, escalating matters when required
