Responsibilities
- Assess and process personal accident claims accurately and within service timelines.
- Review claim documents, medical reports, and supporting information to determine claim eligibility and appropriate claim outcomes.
- Liaise with customers, medical institutions, and internal stakeholders to obtain information and resolve claim-related matters.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely closure and resolution.
- Identify claim discrepancies, unusual patterns, or process improvement opportunities, and escalate where necessary.
- Provide professional and customer-focused support throughout the claims process.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
