Responsibilities
- Control all site activities during construction and ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Coordinate with contractors and construction manager, monitor construction progress, prepare site reports, and provide daily updates on all issues within the area of responsibility
- Push to accomplish the daily work schedule by managing scope, time, budget, and quality, including checking materials and workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and enforce the health and safety plan and occupational risk prevention rules
- Supervise and verify processes and results of the work, control quality, conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and facilitate problem solving between MEP and CIVIL contractors during construction
