CIVIL SALES ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and instruct the construction team as well as contractors and subcontractors.
• Enlighten site workers on construction safety regulations, guidelines, and accident protocol.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of construction employee attendance.
• Monitor and assess the performance of construction employees and implement disciplinary measures as required.
• Examine and analyze blueprints to ensure projects comply with design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural, and Interior disciplines.
• UAE Driving License is required for this position.
