Argus Properties is on the lookout for a Civil Foreman based in Kelowna, BC, to streamline our civil construction projects. This role combines technical prowess and effective leadership for project delivery.
In the position of Civil Foreman, you will work under the Site Superintendent, handling various construction tasks and ensuring that projects align with quality and timeline standards. Critical knowledge in estimating, planning, and infrastructure installation is necessary for this fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with construction oversight and equipment operations
• Execute water, sewer, and septic field installations
• Facilitate material logistics and provide estimates
• Conduct grading, grubbing, and concrete work as needed
• Prepare daily reporting and coordinate with external teams
Requirements:
• At least 12 years of construction experience
• Minimum 5 years in estimating with Procore software
