We are in search of a Civil Estimator with 3-5 years of experience to create detailed and competitive cost estimates for critical projects such as highways and tunnels. This position will require working collaboratively with project managers and engineers to meet project goals and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze specifications to develop accurate cost predictions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements
• Conduct site assessments for gathering pertinent data
• Prepare take-offs for labor and materials cost estimation
• Present detailed proposals to clients and partners
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 3-5 years of experience in estimating roles
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and practices
