Thurber has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Materials Field Technician with three (3) or more years of direct experience, to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta .

Thurber provides geotechnical, environmental and construction materials engineering and testing services. This role supports larger complex industrial and infrastructure projects predominantly out of town in northern and central Alberta.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction inspection and quality control/assurance testing for various infrastructure and transportation projects;
• Conduct field compaction testing of soils;
• Carry out construction inspection for various projects;
