Job Description
- Work on proposal drawings and including as-built plans.
- Ability to propose alternative material/work method.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
- Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
- To coordinate with the main contractor's request/s and ensure there are no conflicts on the schedule.
- To delegate work to the general workers/supervisors and ensure it is in compliance with company/authority standards.
- Liaise with suppliers on items needed for the project and plan the delivery schedule.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and material to site.
- Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.
- Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues.
- Attend project coordination/safety meetings.
