Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion within the specified time frame and of the desired quality.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors.
- Implement architectural and structural works.
- Good communication skills to enhance good team working spirit
- Responsible for overall project management and coordination to new and existing projects with the proper monitoring of manpower allocation, project requirement and attendance of meeting, etc.
- Prepare, discuss and report project schedule, cash flow, budget, etc. with the management.
- Track and report weekly on project(s) completion.
- Track and forecast on monthly project revenue and expenses, etc and other key project metrics.
