Responsibilities
- Prepare technical inputs for proposals and pre‑construction studies, considering assumptions, scopes, solutions, risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate and perform technical analysis of designs, technical reports/memoranda, specifications, quantities and other engineering documents.
- Develop value engineering analyses, evaluating technical alternatives with a focus on constructability, cost, schedule, quality and performance.
- Support coordination among disciplines, identifying clashes, technical gaps and requirements for additional work.
- Serve as a technical reference for design and construction teams, supporting clarifications, decision‑making and solutions for field issues.
- Manage technical interfaces with clients, designers, consultants, procurement, estimating, planning and construction teams.
