Site Supervision & Execution
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for all interior civil works (blockwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, ceiling, final finishes).
Technical Oversight
- Ensure work complies with architectural, structural, and interior design drawings and specifications.
Work Inspection
- Conduct regular and thorough site inspections to ensure that work is being executed according to the approved architectural, structural, and interior design drawings and specifications.
Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities and workflow between the fit‑out teams, subcontractors, and other trades (MEP, specialized vendors) to prevent delays and clashes.
Material Management
- Verify the quality, quantity, and storage of civil construction materials delivered to the site, ensuring they match the approved submittals.
