Experience
~2–5 years of demonstrated experience in structural design and detailing
~ Solar project experience preferred; prefab/power/energy/O&G/buildings can also apply
~ Consulting/engineering design experience preferred
Core Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
Demonstrated application of IS codes and standards including IS 456, IS 13920, IS 800, IS 875 (all parts), IS 1893, IS 2911, IS 1904, IS 3370 and other relevant codes for RCC, steel, loads, foundations and industrial/building structures
Hands-on design experience (RCC and steel structures)
Ability to independently prepare design calculations and drawings
Proven ownership of design packages (not just coordination/review)
Role
Civil & structural design for solar projects (grading, drainage, foundations, structures)
Design of equipment foundations, control room buildings, canopy/steel structures
