Civil Construction Project Manager

Our client is a well-established heavy civil contractor specializing in municipal infrastructure, roadworks, underground utilities, and earthworks throughout Metro Vancouver. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple heavy civil construction projects from award through closeout.


• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost control, and overall profitability.


• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration.


• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, municipalities, and project stakeholders.


• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety standards.<...
