Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership City Manager to lead and scale our last-mile delivery operations. You will own the city P&L, drive client acquisition, manage rider supply, and build scalable teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end city operations, including client acquisition, revenue growth, rider supply, and P&L.
- Acquire and manage B2B last-mile delivery clients and ensure high service levels.
- Translate client demand into daily & weekly rider supply plans and ensure 100% fulfilment.
- Build, train, and lead blue-collar recruitment teams using ATL & BTL hiring channels....
