Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced English
- Citrix DaaS, Azure AVD and/or VMware Horizon
- PowerShell and/or Python scripting
- Tools such as PerfMon and Wireshark for troubleshooting
- Windows Server OS 2019/2022, Windows 11, and AD/Entra ID environments
- FSLogix profile management
- 4 to 8 years of recent experience in VDI management
- Customer service skills and a high level of professionalism
- Strong written and oral communication skills and good judgment
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Management of multi‑user and single‑user session machine catalogs for different user groups
- Management and troubleshooting of user profiles
