Job Summary: The Center for Intercultural Student Development (CISD) Coordinator position works with all student populations, specifically domestic students of color, international students, and first‑generation college students, by planning and implementing CISD programs that focus on building an intentional multicultural community, academic success, leadership development, mentorship, retention, and campus‑wide anti‑racism initiatives. This position will also provide direct student care to students who need more extensive support.
