100% on site in Calgary, Alberta - 5 days
Duration: 12 Months
Working hours : 8-5pm MT with 1 hour lunch break
Pay rate: 65-70$ CAD
Overview:
- 4+ years’ experience in the troubleshooting and performance management of data infrastructure networks
- 2+ years’ experience of people management skills
- Customer service skills and client focus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language
- Hands-on experience & troubleshooting ON Cisco Switches (Nexus, WS-3750 ,3650).
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Cisco Router .
- Hands on experience on Infoblox DNS .
