Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify opportunities to eliminate or reduce wasteful practices and optimize process performance.
- Evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvements.
- Work with management to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Work with various teams to institute process changes for improvement.
- Review and update business procedures and documents based on project requirements.
- Develop standard procedures, guidelines and policies necessary to ensure process sustainability.
- Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results.
- Conduct audit to verify compliance with the standard procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Perform other functions as may be required on a temporary basis.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related course.
