This is a broad and general role that will get involved in a range of policy management activities with the view to specialize as the role evolves. The Policy Management Team Supervisor role will support the Middle East region giving great exposure to a range of products and business units. You are responsible for managing the Policy Validation Team which supports the CignaLinks EU and NA business within the Middle East region. You will oversee the compliance monitoring programme ensuring the business is meeting regulatory requirements and all policies procedures and systems are in line with company compliance plan.
