Support the ongoing operations tasks/incidents ensuring the platform availability to end users and applications. Additional responsibilities include platform optimization, logging & auditing enhancements and implementing new solutions within IAM space and along with other automation.Key Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for Administration, implementation, and maintaining IAM based components and interfaces in the Identity and access management framework. IAM framework platform consists of the following products Broadcom/CA Siteminder, Broadcom/CA Directory, Broadcom/CA Identity Manager, Broadcom/CA Advance Authentication, Broadcom/CA API Gateway, Active Directory and Azure AD.
Candidate should have experience & capabilities to provide technical solutions to Production Support issues.
