CI & Lean Improvement Engineer (Manufacturing)

Link-Worldwide in Matamoros, Tamaulipas is seeking a professional to lead continuous improvement (CI) initiatives within their manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Engineering and have 1-5 years of experience implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English are essential. This role requires you to ensure compliance with key performance indicators and actively coach team leaders.

You will actively participate in CI projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and cultivate a CI culture at the site.
