CHRO - Sr. HR Director

We’re looking for a Human Resources Director to be based for a tech company in Taiwan (with major focus in Automotive & Power business). This role will report to the CEO and be responsible for all human resources and administration functions within the organization. Fluent English speaking and overseas employee management experience are required.

Major Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and guidance to the full HR functions by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits globally. 

Develop and manage HR policies and procedures. Develop organizational strategies by identifying and researching human resource issues; establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
