The Chocolatier is responsible for the development and production of a wide array of chocolate products including truffles, bars, bonbons, and cakes.
They must have a creative eye when it comes to designing new chocolate Flavors and presentation.
A Chocolatier must also understand proper food safety and sanitation practices.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERINECE**
- **Educational Background**: Culinary degree or formal training in pastry, baking, or chocolate making.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chocolatier or in a similar role in a high-end kitchen or chocolatier.
