- Monitor and document children’s holistic development, maintaining accurate records and preparing individual portfolios/reports.
- Manage classroom operations effectively, including maintaining a tidy, well‑organised space and ensuring resources are properly labelled and accessible.
- Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues, while guiding and supporting assistant teachers and adhering to the centre’s policies and work schedules.
