Child Rights Investigator & Human Rights Advisor

OHCHR in Geneva is seeking a Human Rights Officer/Child Rights Adviser to lead investigations into alleged violations of international human rights and humanitarian law, including interviewing children and victims in a sensitive, child‑ and gender‑aware manner.

The role will advise the inquiries branch on child protection issues, ensure awareness of relevant child rights violations and gender dimensions, and support special procedures and mechanisms in international human rights work.
