Chiffreur / Cost Estimator – Building Technology (HVAC)

As a Chiffreur , you will be responsible for preparing technical and financial estimates for building technology projects. You will manage project files from initial analysis through to quotation submission.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting technical studies and reviewing project documentation

• Requesting and analyzing supplier quotations

• Performing cost calculations and preparing detailed estimates

• Collaborating closely with HVAC and solar project managers for smooth project handover

• Managing authorization requests and subsidy applications at municipal, cantonal, and federal levels

• Traveling to construction sites across French-speaking Switzerland when required
