Chief Systems Engineer, Robotics & Autonomy

Harmattan AI is seeking a Chief Engineer in Switzerland, Vaud to own the architecture and implementation of robotic systems from concept to field deployment. You will work closely with project teams to ensure overall performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in system engineering within robotics or defense, complemented by an MSc, with a PhD being a plus. This role involves leading design efforts and fostering technical coordination across multiple engineering disciplines.
