To ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Food & Beverage Department in relation to the Company Core Process, thereby directly impacting the delivery of the experience, this position manages the Stewarding team, carries out quarterly inventory of operating equipment, and is responsible for maintaining the kitchen’s hygienic condition as per HACCP standards while ensuring departmental chemical costs remain within budget.
