Chief Plant
For a major industrial plant located in Banda del Río de Sali, Tucumán, we are seeking a Plant Manager. Responsibilities include:
- Managing all activities related to plant operations (Production, Maintenance, Quality/ Laboratory, Processes, and Logistics).
- Periodically evaluating production process management, optimizing costs, proposing projects, and defining production process standards.
- Planning and scheduling production, considering stock, raw materials, supplies, labor, shifts, etc.
- Managing laboratory activities.
- Directing the operation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and instruments.
- Controlling warehouse stock and product quality by conducting and analyzing scheduled and unscheduled inventories.
