Key Responsibilities:
• Lead oversight and management of flight crews
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory training and operations
• Coordinate scheduling and training events for flight crews
• Mentor pilots and support their professional development
• Act on behalf of management during director's absence
Requirements:
• Required Airline Transport Pilot Licence – Helicopter (ATPL-H)
